    well google tracks ip address if found repetitive clicks from same ip frequently then your account is in trouble.

    You should not click on your sites' ads. If you find these ads are packed with useful information for you then you can copy that url but do not click on that ads. Google use some advance tools which helps it to found fraud clicks.
