IS there any ways to predict our Pagerank in future update? Any SEO tools created for it?

there are a number that claim to do this but they are very inaccurate, my advice is to keep building the links and don't worry about PR, it will build up over time

There is no way to predict the PR, and the tools available on the web for prediction use is solely for fun only.

They only "predict". You don't need a tool to do that.

PR cannot be predicted. There are some tools that predict PR but I don't think they are reliable.

Do a scan of all your backlinks and find the top pagerank backlink you have, make sure it's not nofollow or otherwise blocking pagerank and also check that there aren't excessive outgoing links. If you are linked from a decent PR6 website that links to 3-4 other websites you will be PR5.

There are lots of tools that predict your future PR. But I do not believe in them. The only thing you need to do is to build links or exchange links with high PR websites.
