    Anybody here knows how to Post Youtube Vidoes on our Wordpress Blog on AutoPilot ?

    Is there any free way instead of paid version of wordpress plugin?

    When you make a post in your blog you can just paste the embed code from youtube in your post your making. Just make sure your in HTML mode.

    or maybe you want to add some plugins for wordpress wich plays youtube videos...

    I don't use wordpress plugin, never and no need to use it.
    You can use Moyea Web Player - http://www.playerdiy.com/
    It provides easy way to add flash videos to website and you can use it to customize the flash video player on web page. You can check this tutorial - Add Flash Videos to WordPress Blog
