How to post thousands of comments on do-follow blogs?

    Hi there,
I'm new to the blogging business looking to promote my sites.
I've seen a lot of sites selling comment posting service recently.
They're selling hundreds of thousands comment with dofollow link on blogs or forum for only a few dollars, say $5 to $10.
I'm wondering how they could achieve that in short time. It cann't be manual work. Are there any kinds of comment posting software that can identify auto approved dofollow blogs???
Is it black hat SEO to use that kinds of software? Is it reliable to make use of such kind of service?
    Looking for reply. Thanks.

Its illegal if the comment is unrelated with the post.
But if the comment is related to the blog post then its fine.
Its useless coz the comment will usually marked as spam.

Though the comment will be marked useless but it will still prove a juicy backlink if the blog is of high PR.

Also some comments are always related to post like : "Good Job ! Keep it up " :D

these type of spam comments is very annoying, it could bring down ur reputation, but in other way, it does increase ur traffic a lot.

that will be totally spaming and Google will not leave you and drop your SERP for sure, also may be you get PR juice but without SERP its nothing. Also if you are only a link seller than you may go for it.

    I have a related question:

Do these "Blog Commenter Bots" run off of proxies, or post comments with the same IP Addresses? I'd assume Proxies, but I'm not sure.
