i want to post links for a website in other website permanently, because some websites remove links after some days.
You could try to contact people who have sites with similar content or site from which you would like a backlink and make an arrangement with them. This way you could get backlinks for longer period of time, but there is no warranty that the links will not be removed at some point.
Where are you posting your links, it could be that your link is just not relevant and the people managing links on their websites jut don't see the the relevance of leaving your link their.
forum is one way of getting a permanent compared to reciprocal links where you don't know if the other party removes your links specially if their sites already has a PR and your don't.

Noramally it does not happen on an original site through original webmaster. They constantly watch your page also where you had put their links in return. When they see that you have removed their link, certaily they react. Be honest first
If you were the webmaster and don't like spammers to post a backlink on your site, wouldn't you remove it too? The idea here is do not just post comment/content that is not relevant to their post/site
you really need to look for related sites or blogs and contact the owner. ASk them politely if they could add your link to their sites and make some deal about it.
It's all about giving something back thats valuable for them to give you a link. If you just go round spamming links on as many websites as you can without anything in return then this benefits no one and is really only a self beneficial thing. On the other hand if you are giving some good advise on a blog comment or forum then this benefits the visitors of the website aswell as benefiting you with the link. It's a 2 way situation.
High quality posts make it possible to create back links that matter within the search engine algorithm structure. If you use articles and information previously posted on already indexed sites, the opposite effect of page rank lowering may occur. That is why it is important to either write articles and post data yourself or commission someone you can trust that will provide you with unique content to post on Blogging sites. This is all to help ensure that Blog advertising as a traffic outlet for back links actually helps the main site in the end. No matter what niche your site content falls into, quality content is important to your site traffic needs through back links.
There are several ways to get quality back links. Some of them are Press Release, Article Services, Social Bookmarking, Forum Posting, Guest Blog Post, Blog Post Exchange, Link Exchange, Linkbait, Directory Submission, Blog Commenting
It is the same question all of us ask over and over again. And it is the same answers one gets every time. You are however on the right track. Everyone wants or should be looking for permanent links. First you have to look at your site. If its a spammy sort of site no one wants, you have a problem. Nothing will help you escape that monotony of building faster and faster just to stay still. But if it is genuinely useful and you are building for the future you should by rights have access to the resources you need. So why is it so difficult? We came to much the same conclusion eight years ago when the guys I work for set up our workshop and three hundred odd domains. But it still doesn't provide one with the answers we need. You can never get enough links and private networks get expensive to run, worse still spammy and anything but permanent. So no that is not the answer. Is there an answer?
All links are permanent, until you remove backlinks. Anyways if you add your link on other site, you should expect your link age 6 month to one year. Try continuous linking on different websites
