I asked this question but you all told me that when I received 3 likes I can post on marketplace; However, I saw some post maker has received not more than 3 likes even 0 likes!!!! Please tell me the way how to make offers on marketplace ?
They must be premium members & it is Option #2 that you can purchase premium membership (all other restrictions of unestablished members still apply). You can find info here: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/help/premium
If you want to post to the Digital Goods Marketplace you do not need any likes, for all other areas of the BST and Marketplace you need 3 likes or to be established member.
