    Yes, Yahoo! News previously had a an online form where you could apply to offer your website as a news source. I can't find this application form anymore. I think Yahoo have removed it.

    Thousands of webmasters have applied, but Yahoo never replied to anyone.

    I think Yahoo is now only using large news publications.
