How to post BUYING request

I want to buy sites but cannot seem to find a way to post a BUYING request like this.

 

Thanks, smyrl. I can post a selling thread. It is a buying thread I want to post though that I cannot seem to see how its done anymore.

 

I think @Smyrl meant you need to be a premium member to post a buying thread, not a selling thread.
