You can auto-post from 'Buffer app' (bufferapp dot com) which is a cool free service - you can add a limited number of accounts (twitter, linkedin too) and have a schedule for the week ahead. Their paid account ($10 a month i think) allow more accounts and posts. Facebook itself also allows you to schedule from a page - see attached image. Not sure if this is what you were after?

I use Hootsuite, which works with Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. You can post in real-time, schedule it yourself, or allow Hootsuite to "optimize" scheduling. There are free and paid versions depending on how robust you want the software to be.

Buffercap sounds a lot like Hoostsuite. I tried Hootsuite and like how I can send posts to pages not my personal account.

You may use official Facebook plugin for wordpress. It automatically publishes post to FB once you hit the publish button. Of course the plugin needs to be authenticated to the Facebook app. Otherwise, you can use RSS Graffiti. Put the RSS Feed url and it starts fetching new post/s and automatically publishes on behalf of you on your FB Fan Page. But you can only use 300 posts for free in RSS Graffiti.

If you're managing a Facebook fan page, you can actually schedule posts in advance from the Facebook browser page itself. You can narrow it down specifically to the year, month, date, time...all down to minutes even. Click to create a status and it's that little clock icon at the bottom left of the box!
