How to populate an article directory?

I just bought a PR3 domain and I've put an articleMS system on it and I'd love to hear some feedback on how to get some articles on it, aside from writing a bunch of my own.

I did a search but didn't find anything useful.

    Thanks,

Allow affiliate links in the article body and advertise it like crazy. I've got over a hundred articles right now on my harddrive that I have written in the health and financial areas.

Suggestions on where to advertise it? I'm assuming forums like here and wickedfire are good, but I'm not sure where else.

    Thanks,

The easier it is to submit articles the more likely people are to post on your directory. If your software has the option of submitting articles without an account I would choose that. You should also include in your forum signature "Submit your article to PR3 directory. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED!" or something along those lines.

P.S. After you have a substantial amount of articles you could probably make a deal with a website that sells article directory submission software to include your directory in their list.

Well, since I'm too noob to have a sig yet, I'll just post it here and see what happens: hxxp://prijalisco.net. Feel free to post away and let me know if you have troubles.

FYI, I do have guest post enabled so it should be pretty easy, although I do approve the posts first.

    Hire ghostwriters.
    Buy in PLR articles.
Copy and paste in free for use articles.

I think you should use something that's different than the default theme. I think I tried using the same software before and could not find any free templates. Investing $50 in a template should be worth the money in the long run.
