How to point my domain name to open a website from my own pc server ?

After trying a lot of free hosting companies, I decided to use my own server !
I'm running my own Apache and MYSQL server, and anyone can access it without any problems !
But .. If you want to access it, you need to type in my IP or my DNS !
I've created DNS redirect on afraid.org, but when the site opens, it's still showing my IP in the address bar !

I've a few free domain names, so - how to point them to my own server ?
How to get Nameservers ?
