    Hey guys,

I am new to the domain world and I would appreciate any help.

I have opened a Blogger blog a few days ago and I just bought a .com domain for it on Xtraorbit. After I did the purchase, I went to Blogger, clicked on Settings -> Publishing -> Add custom domain, I typed my domain name that I bought. What should I do next? The domain is a .com and I do not want a CNAME (if that's what I'm thinking it is). I don't want my blog to be blog.mydomain.com, I simply want it to be mydomain.com. What should I do next?

    Thanks guys very very much!

go to your domain dashboard ( go to site from where you bought your domain and log in) and update the CName records there

If you need your blog to be on www.yourdomain.com use exactly www.yourdomain.com (with www)
    Here some help :)

Also you need to make sure you have waited for the DNS update (72 hours). Changes of DNS entries require some time to take effect.
