How to point my blogger blog to my new domain i have purchased?

i have recently purchased a domain name from name cheap and cant do the settings. Can any one help me to do the settings that can point my blog to this domain.

That i read but i cant get all about Create a CNAME

 

Go to your Namecheap account --> Click on the domain name --> click on DNS setting --> Create CNAME record

ya it takes normally 24 hrs to update

 

i cant get the process of transferring. Can any one help me in getting my blogspot blog to my domain in namecheap.
