how to play videos on your joomla-based site?

guys if you have a joomla based site where people can upload their videos, how do you play them inline, in a format similar to youtube?

the youtube plugin works great if u just need youtube videos and it's a little simpler... all you have to do is type {youtube}1G5H3D14{/youtube} after installing it and it streams in the content (with all the hosting being done youtube side, so you have more space for whatever).

Yeah I use the allvideos one previously mentioned, with this addon

Which adds to the WYSIWYG editor all of the buttons that will insert the { xyz } { / xyz } tags when you click them. Really handy.
