Hey I am not new to this field but still need some help from the experience ones. I am working on some project and i have too many keywords to optimize for that. I want to know that how should i plan my whole link building and keyword list.

Should i pick out some keywords and work upon them or some other way..

Suppose i don't want to optimize whole keywords at once, what should i do?

Like should i prefer the way that pick one keyword and do link building (Bookmarking, Article , Forums , Blog Comments etc)on that..

What could be the new way for link building instead of Social Networking and the other stuff.

Begin your campaign by targeting long-tailed keywords first. It's easy to achieve good rankings on them. I normally do link wheel for fast traffic and ranking.

Long tails are good, but traffic is pathetic if not terrible
If you are into affiliates then long tail is excellent, but if you are into CPC (like adsense) then you should pick a good two phrase keyword and stick to it
After you pick the keyword go into onpage optimisation, including, title tags, keywords, and internal linking
Then proceed to some directory submission (not worth the time, but no harm) and do some article marketing
After which slowly build direct in content backlinks from related websites, get high pagerank links here and there (u might have to pay for it though)
Give some time, may be three month and keep repeating these strategies, you should see results

Your link building strategy should depend on the ompetitiveness of your field.

If it is quite competitive, targeting the long tail might be the easiest way to go, if not, you might be better off targeting the vanity terms

The strategy depends up on the business area of your site,
If you are trying to get your home page ranked for similar type of keywords, split the submission type among all the off page techniques, if the competition is low for the keywords, go for the inner page optimization of the page with keyword your are trying to target, keep in mind that your inner page should contain the keyword you are targeting in the url and the content.
