Can anyone tell me how I get to place YouTube video ads on my site? Google Adsense says it`s a good way to earn an income, and I`ve signed up to YouTube. But, I just find a dead end when I try to get to know how to get hold of the code for appropriate videos.
You go to the youtube video, and under the description, you will find a embed code, copy it. Now go to your blog, and write a post. You should also see that you can change your post from design to html. Change it to html. Then press the CODE button, and type in your embed code and then press *CODE again. Should work. Works for me on Stopandlaugh.com. Hope that helps. - Cezary
I think he means for You Tube Ads / Adsense. When you are in your ad set up on your adsense account. click video units and it should take you directly to the video unit editing page. You need to have a You Tube user account for it to work, and there is an option for you to merge your adsense account with your You Tube account.
When you are on the Adsense set up page, you know the page where you select what type of ad that you want to create ? Text, Search, etc ? Towards the bottom is a video unit option (If you have a You Tube user name).
I have an old youtube username and even got submitted a video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RpURMfrZVwY )a while ago. but don't see any video option? Is this available wordwide?
Sign in to your YouTube account and go to your account by click this link --> http://www.youtube.com/my_account or by click the link on the top right. Now, scroll down. At the right side you will find 'Monetization Tools'. Now, from here... I guess.. You know what to do!
