How to place streaming video at html file

    I have taken hosting from lunarpages..

    They have support for streaming video..

    Now i have MPEG file with me I want to insert that mpeg file into html.

    How will i do that?? Also it should stream..

    Can anyone help me in this regard??

    You can do it using the latest Microsoft Silverlight video component, which provides you excellent quality videos. Requires bit of coding. If you are interested I will be able to code it for you. PM me.
