How to place adsense on my forum.

    my forum is talkdamages.com and I want to put an adsense banner between each of my forum catagories. Like This :

    Catagory : The Site
    AD
    Damages: Season One
    AD
    Lounge

    I use phpbb3. Where do I insert the code for adsense, and through what? my file manager editor? (i use cpanel btw.)

    i would siggest you to place the ads under navebar only! because it is the best placement for my vbulletin forum! and it has got great CPC now
