His site(labnol.org) is a professional site and he is getting million page view per day. If your site also good page view you can also show the same ad. I forgot such ads name. I think its Premier Adsense.
yes now i got it. that site is an premier adsense account publisher. And i guess it needs 20 million page views per month to get premier adsense account. I am currently having 1100 pageviews per month. hope so i reach there one day.
That may be a premium ad, I am not sure. But with applying the new Font and size features with Adsense, now a days people can display ads in different styles. But Remember one thing labnol took 6 years to came to this position. Who knows where you will go in 2017!
