How to place ads

this is my blog..............plz anyone help me place any type of ads.....i'm no coder

i'm using bidvertiser and ads placement looks weird and no clicks at all...
i'm getting around 2.5 lakh pageviews a month

Instead of 468x60 banner before each post you can try different ad format. For example 336 x 280 or similar but Rectangle ( I don't know the ad formats of Bidvertiser but they should be similar)

 

Experiment with different sizes and check which one performs best

 

small is ok ,so small rectangular ad may be tried
