how to place ads in my blog to get maximum clicks

Here is my blog http://www.celebsfame.info and I want to get maximum clicks out of it...How do i get that...where should i place the ads and what plugins should i use in wordpress to achieve it...Please help

 

You should place one ad between content (posts). Placment is pretty good anyway.

 

If you would like to have a look at my blog then,

Like Bigg one suggested for the index you could have the ads between the posts and one in the header

And for the individual pages you could have the ads units like this

I would intergrate a nice them into the text, make the reader have to glance over them to get to the next paragragh.
