If your blog is running on Wordpress there's an area in your control panel where you can add/delete any websites that you want to automatically ping your website.

Really Funny but still has some logic behind it ..

To check your own site you can do that.

But for your site to be indexed quickly you need to go ahead with pinging with RPC tools

Use RPC ping tools .. like Pingomatic , pigoat and others .

Try the google pinger and other ping services. Just type the URL, Description , select the blog resources and click enter. Ping is better if you have new post on your blog.

STOP USING SITES. ok ill tell you how to ping a site

    1) go to start/run/ then type cmd then ok
    2) type ping then leave a space and then the site e.g [ping www.google.com.au] without the []'s
    3) you will get a number from the host e.g 72.14.253.99 which is googles

so there you have it the easy way to ping

    start> run> (type) cmd

    type: ping -a www.thesite.com

-a : resolves hostname to IP.
