Sorry if I'm in the wrong section but I believe this is the right place to post my concern.

    So here it is:
I'm having problem with my client's WP Robot's elite version plugin. It doesn't generate posts and when I check it on their site, I found out that articlesbase maybe blocking my server/ip. It was advised there that you need to ping articlesbase but I don't know how to do it through my client's cpanel account. His sites are hosted by hostgator. The second option is to tell his host support to ping the site for him but he's not yet online now and I need to solve this now.

I hope you get my explanation clearly. :)

So can you please guide me step by step?

    Thanks,

    Here's what the developer said:
"Please try pinging articlesbase.com from your server (or ask your host to do it) and see if that works."
"Did you try asking your host to ping articlesbase.com from your server to verify it is blocked? "

Can I ping articlesbase.com myself? I have access to my client's cpanel account.

Unfortunately, that's the one I don't know. He has Hostgator's Baby Croc account and I don't know about the shell access. Anyway, thanks for the help. I think I really need to wait for my client.
