I have a CC attached for more than a year now and the account is a verified Premium one. So, I just wished to know how I can pay people (from countries other than India) using PayPal linked credit card method? When I click on send payments, I don't see any alternative payment method (i.e. apart from PayPal balance). Can anybody help me set up so that all payments go from credit card (default payment method) or maybe I can select credit card option while I pay. I remember earlier there was this option right next to the line Payment Method: PayPal balance and that link said something like Choose Alternative Payment methods...
