I used to pay for link/content/domains to the user of this forum via my personal PayPal account, but now I need to put this cost to my company's PayPal account.
For accounting purpose I need Inovices, but as I understand most users of this forum are free-lancers and are not able to send me Inovice. Moreover, there are no sence to make Inovice for example for 3$ artilce...

So, how to pay to freelancers via paypal and then apply those costs to company's account. What solutions might be?

Possibly the receipts for payments can be deducted as business expenses on the company account.

There are software programs, accounting based available for payors and payees that could be used by either.

    1. It takes 10 seconds to type up an invoice - so tell the person to make one if they want your business.

    2. You can use the email or PM or whatever that shows the amount you need to pay and what it is for as an invoice.

    3. You could simply make your own invoice with all the correct details

    4. You could ask your accountant what he would require.

This is really pretty silly that you can't figure it out.
