    Hi,
Cant seem to do any financial transactions from SA.
    Escrow.com only shows American cities.
Is their or has anybody any experience of buying a website if residing in South Africa.
If anyone can me on this matter. please.

trying to buy websites, but they only accept escrow.com and paypal.
paypal doesnt accept our credit cards, and escrow.com is only American. only has American cities to choose from when login in.
have contacted paypal various times. they have sent their call center people, but then I get an email saying they do not accept this credit card, which is master card.

    Tried.skrill.com nothing works either.

Im afraid you need to go to your bank and let them register your card for online shopping. It happens to me.before I could use the card I needed to go to the bank to register it before I can use it in buying something online.I am from South Africa by the way.

hi, good to meet you, I struggle with the bank in upington , I dont know if they dont know what to do, or if they just dont want to help me, when I mention online financial transactions, looks like they think its money laundering or something, although it does work if I buy something local online.

You must tell them you want to purchase something online.I went to the bank 3 times coz they dont know what to do.I must admit,SA is a little bit way behind when it comes to something like this, wayback in the East where I came from,we started doing this 8 years ago.Banks here are scared for something like this. They needed to register you online, give me secure code and everything but that takes 24 hours to be activated.I stay in Pretoria by the way.

Ya,I heard that from one of the woman I speak with at the bank, they said, they can accept money coming from the country but we cant send money outside the country. That why lots of people from here open a bank account offshore.I use WU in sending money abroad.Sucks huh!
