You have to upgrade to business or Premier account if you are using personal account.

Yes, just tell your customers your email address and when they go to send you money through paypal then they can choose to send it by credit card.

You might also want to setup Buy It Now buttons so they will automatically be transfered to paypal and all your info is already loaded. This is what I use.

To Create a Buy Now Button, you need to do the following :-

    1) Log Into your Paypal Account
    2) Go to the Merchant Tools tab
    3) Under 'PayPal Website Payments Standard', you see 'Key Features', click on the 'Buy Now Buttons'
    4) Then enter the Product Name, Product ID (if you do not have one, make it up) and set the Price. Everything else is optional.
    5) Click 'Create Button'
    6) Copy the generate HTML to your website and you will have your buy it now button there.

Paypal is a For-Profit Business and does not do anything for free or as a charity and as such, it will charge a percentage of the transaction as fees of which some would pay the credit card company and some would be used to finance its operation.

http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-fees-outside will tell you what fees is involved.

If you use a Business or Premium account, you be charged 2.9% + $0.30 per incoming transaction and if you are using a Personal account, all paypal to paypal transfers are free except if they are funded by a credit card then you be charged 4.9% + $0.30

    2.9% of $2 = $0.06
    Other fees = $0.30

So that is about $0.36 as fees. That is assuming you are from the US.

If you are not from the US, a different rate applies https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-fees-outside&countries=ROW

    3.4% + $0.30 if you are a Premier/Business Account or 5.4% + $0.30 if you are a personal account holder.

    3.4% of $2 = $0.07
    Other Fees = $0.30

    $0.37 as fees.
