How to pass PR ?

    suppose my site index has a PR of 2 how can i pass the PR to child page
    domain dot tld/link1 using .htaccess
    plese help me.

    Just link to the child page(s) from the home page using a standard HTML link! I am not too sure what you are trying to do with the .htaccess file, sorry. The .htaccess file is usually used to redirect pages, not to pass PR. PR is automatically passed when you like to a page, once Google picks it up, counts that links etc. I don't think it has anything to do with the .htaccess file

    Make the link to the child page at the top of the page to ensure PR flow..

    Unless you are trying to re-direct PR from the parent...there is no reason to be using the .htaccess. A simple href from one page to another will get the job done.
