How to parser html code of websites?

Hi everybody,

I am looking for a parser that would allow me to parse html code of webpages online.
In particluar, I want the parser to "see" some specific symbols, which standard web search ingnores. Namely:

I don't think theres a parser that will do that, you have to write it for your selve!
