I found this tool http://search.twitter.com/ You can type in any keyword, and get the latest tweets containing these keywords across the entire twitter network! For example if you're in the mmo niche, when you type in "i want to make money online", you'll be able to zoom in on the exact people who are hungry for your product! This is powerful stuff guys!
