How to pack a JS?

I just downloaded a new jquery but it's not packed -- yet.
So i want it to be packed.
Does anyone know how do i pack a javascript?

http://jquery.com/ has a compressed version.

 

The version 1.3 is minifed, not packed yet. I guess the packed is smaller than the minified.

packing has overhead, especially because of eval and doesn't compress with gzip as well.
