At the moment I play football yesterday, I was very excited to play against a team championship in my town. but while on the way the abdomen, chest, heart and my body was very weak at all. vision is so blurred and stomach feels queasy. That's when I came out of the playing field. why can this be when I had a regular exercise every day? whether eating fruits and vegetables can increase the body powerful? Friends please solution.
I think you should better visit a doctor. However, if you are sure that you have blood deficiency they you should take foods that are helpful in blood production, like chicken and beef liver,Oysters, Kidney beans, mushrooms and prunes.
It sounds like you don't have enough red blood cells--------------iron deficiency------------have a blood test from the doctor I nearly died last May------it all got sorted by a simple blood test
i think you should take some kind of training like MFR(Medical First Responder). Take juices and overcome the deficiency of iron.
