    In addition to their great advices, try to ponder these:
    • Start your long journey to overcome game addiction
    o Decrease your overall time playing. .
    o Force yourself to quit playing.
    o Uninstall the game software. (Remove the program from your computer completely).
    o Find new hobbies.

    If you are a game lover you can not stop game addiction! For me NBA Live Series is an addiction that I can not stop playing for the last 9 years!

    Absolutely impossible.

    Then only reason i have a dual boot of Windows and Linux is because Games.

    I have nothing else to do in Windows other than games

    for your information i have a girlfriend. And i think she also cause distraction to me. She always call me and sometime its really annoy me as i cant finish my work :(

    try out different things like reading or any of your area of interest except playing games on your pc..
    nothing is impossible so fight with ur addiction..try 2 explore ur hobbies...

    Find a hobby. I played games alot myself. Now I discovered Lego and that replaced computer games. But now I spend money instead of time. So find a cheaper hobby...

    Hi,

    How many hours do your play the game for? Slowly cut down your gaming times. For example, if you play 5-6 hours daily, play 5hrs the next day, then 4, then 3, and cut down till it doesnt affect your life anymore! =)
