block the game sites from your firewall. Do a 30 day trial to avoid games completely and share the goal with your friends and family so you stay committed. :) best of luck!

I have the same problem at times. I prefer to stay fit more than having a fake achievement in a game. I try to mostly game with friends to make it boring if they're not on.

COD MW2 though man prestiged already, I'm disappointed in myself it took no time at all. At least I'm not one of the level 10's that some people have already

If you are still finding it difficult to stay away from the games, the last thing you can do is make a deal with your wife/friend to give them a certain amount of money... every time you switch ON a game to play!

I am sure the lighter wallet would force you to stay away from it...altogether!

It's not really addiction..You're just to easily distracted and can't prioritise to good :p
Do your work first then play games, not the other way round.

You don't have an addition. I know so because I played my game systems a lot. I don't have any more game systems because I sold them all on eBay now I am just on DP all the time or working or playing flash games.

You need to have a self discipline. Or else play that game until you get used to it. Just keep on mind that you need to finish your work first, and you play after your work :D

    .

just imagine your work as a game to increase productivity...

eg.: amount of money as score, google as Big Boss, DP as magic tools, etc ..

although i'm joking when i'm saying this, it might work well... LOL..
