hi, here's just a quick way to make money we're gonna do this with logo design service 1) go to odesk / elance..post a job specifically like this 2) create your sale page ( if you don't know how to do it, just outsource it too) 3) build free website like weebly and post in forums, banner ad, etc.. 4) collect payment..
You wish it would work! Are you serious? Do you think people would design logos for 1 dollar? I dread to see the quality of the logos.
you should try it..even though maybe you are not going to do it seriously..maybe just post it like that and see what happen..i've done this and in 1 hour there are 10 application received..quite nice huh
First of all, logo designs for $1.00 should be kind of hard to get. I'd prefer to pay more for logo designs, and especially if I sell them, but that's just me. Second, you should have been more detailed in your post. What do you mean with "2)" and "3)"? How could someone collect payments as you stated in "4)", when they can't understand the meaning of 2 and 3? If and when they have their website.. They should post in forums and so on, but what should they post? Why should they have a sales page? For what purpose? To sell all the logo designs they purchased for $1.00, or do you mean that they should be offering logo designs for more than $1.00 and WHEN they got an order, they purchase the logos for $1? I suppose you mean the latter, but that still requires that they received orders for logo designs to begin with.. In my own experience... Money isn't that easy to get and that's why people struggling doing business on the internet. But I still agree with you that outsourcing is a great way to earn money, if and when you know what you are doing. Best Regards, inyourway
A good friend of mine is actually running a successful cheap logo/design website. First thing he told me was quality work is never cheap. Yes, you can outsource and save, but purchasing a logo at 1$ will unlikely re-sell with a high enough margin to make a decent living. You might want to consider paying 50$ to 80$ and re-sell at 100$-120$. Yes the margins are less, however you should make it up with volume. The real test is the ability to manage your outsourced staff, which from what I hear, is a difficult job in itself!
Thanks for starting this thread, I've been running a logo design business for the last 2 years and use fiverr to outsource the logos. The designer i use (located in India) creates the logo's within 24 hours. Awesome Logos, amazing service with revisions.... and it makes me a profit for doing very little work.
First of all, what kind of business are you talking about? Are you looking for ideas on what to sell, or what to do? If you've never done this kind of business, which is mentioned in this thread, I suggest that you start with that. Search for some gigs on Fiverr, which you believe in, and something you would like to provide to your own customers. Then purchase it. See if that sellers provides you with exactly what you want. Then use that gig for reselling to your own clients. It's simple but effective. You should do some research about Outsourcing first though. Regards, André
Well not a bad idea if we find someone who can do logo designing for $1. The amount seems to be less but for ongoing work might be possible if we offer bulk offers. Might be we can hire on a monthly basis & let him design 10-20 logo's per day which is possible. Paying them per day would make it comfortable for both the parties. We can give this idea a try.
Just offering my 2 cents from someone who has been doing this with various services including logo design for 3 years now. Its a great way to make a sizeable profit. I wouldn't recommend getting logos done for $1, but he is right. I sell logo packages at $99 and outsource each for anywhere between $5-$30 per order. You need to factor in things like revisions, getting the source files, rights, etc. The key is to get a handful of good designers and keep using them, you will find cheaper designers with good portfolios overseas, but you can also find good american designers for cheap. Designers outside of the US tend to be better with deadlines and no BS, but you also run the risk of lack of quality. I just recently outsourced two orders totaling $320 for $85 total.
Logo design indeed is a best in demand business if you have the right traffic to your sales page you can make a descent profit .
