A social bookmarking service is a site that allowing members to add page links as bookmarks categorize those links provide added commentary; make those bookmarks available to the rest of the bookmarking service's community and usually allows those members to also make comments on the bookmarked page.

Social Bookmarking plays an important role in Off-Page Optimization as this is one of the best link building avenues. Social Bookmarking can give tons of quality traffic and can make your site popular.

One of a best way to build traffic to your site. However to improve the SERP you have to use more techniques to build backlinks for keywords.

Be careful - most of the main bookmarking sites use the 'nofollow' attribute for links - this means the search engines will ignore the link. There are some 'dofollow' bookmarking sites out there - you just have to look. The value of bookmarking is to get hits from people following your bookmarks from within the site itself - it can be difficult and can take a long time to build up a good following on bookmarking sites. You may find other methods more fruitful - such as article marketing, link exchange from relevant sites, paid backlinks from high PR webpages.

Digg.com is no follow as far as i know. Use socialposter.com and click on do-follow links only, this will show you all the dofollow social sites

When you give title make sure the keyword is there within three words of the article that is

    Best of iPhone's features !

Deep linking - When submitting your hyperlink point to the concerned artilce instead of the domain url.

In this scenario - to the iPhone features artilce url.
