A proper sitemap can do wonders, as can getting the product names into the individual page titles.

I agree with they have suggested. I just want to add that you can also categorize your product according to their use or something like that.

 

Yes by making a proper XML sitemap and HTML site map you can do this.

 

I suppose you probably didn't handcode that site of yours if it has 10k+ products. So you could look for SEO plugins for the platform you used. There's some nice stuff out there (e.g. for Virtuemart, etc.) that does things like autopopulating meta tags, generating tag clouds, autogenerating sitemaps, crosslinking your products (related products) and many other useful functions. But with the little information you gave it's hard to give you precise advice.
