    Please Suggest Me how should i optimize these two website.. if there is any mistake please suggest me.. because they r not getting ranked in Google.

    I checked the first one and its all fine. You have 2 problems i found.
    1. you have 48 errors in your w3c validation.Try to fix this.
    2. Your site speed is low, your homepage has a size of 900kb which is way too high. Lower the kb size to make the site faster.

    After doing these steps You just need to promote your site to get visitors
