It seems that your pages are having some coding bugs which causing the creation of dead php processes. Please contact any developers on this and they will be able to help you in this.

    here is my website www.harishkhulbe.com

Can anyone tell me is there any problem with the same?

Is the site custom coded? We can't fix code errors if we can't see the code, nor can we offer optimization tips and help without actual logs and stats.

You are going to need access to the error logs first. Then you can start to work on the errors your host is seeing. Have they provided you access to the error logs? Did you code and design the site yourself or are you using scripts, etc that you got elsewhere?

You will need to ask your host to turn them on and give you access. Not all hosts run them running as standard operation. Is your current host not willing to help you figure out what is going on?
