absolutely exactly same as for G in most of the pages where i am indexed by MSN i have same or very nearly same SERPS than in G

For msn, backlinks with keyword anchor is very important. I have not seen same effect of it on Google/yahoo serps though. I guess MSN gives too much weightage to it.
Like Yahoo, MSN also give importance to content. Create content for your site using your targeted keywords.
Just like to other SEs...improve your contents, make it of quality and useful to others that they may link back to you which is a way of improving your links through link baiting...and improve your link popularity and use your targeted keywords as your anchor text...that way you might have a better chance to rank well on SEs on those keywords...
keyword in the URL and definately a huge thing for msn, my sites with www.keyword-pharse.com usually rank from 1 to 5.
I didnt do anything for MSN or Yahoo, they both love my sites, its just google that didnt use to, now its similar, but I still rank vastly higher in Yahoo and MSN, I find it easier but cant offer you any tips since I dont know what it was I did to make me rank higher in these.
