I have two blogs which were affected by Google Panda, I am trying to coupe up with these blogs but could not get any proper response through SEO either. Please let me know if you have any better suggestion to get more search engine visibility and increase in traffic.

you need original content that is not on another site. Copy a sentance of your homepage (in quotes) and do a seach in Google. Nothing but your site should come up. If it does, then replace it with unique content.

maybe all contents are duplicate, check each content and have them rephrased.

Concentrate on quality useful content. Unique content is a big ranking factor too but news/press sites are duplicating content all the time and still ranking well so personally I feel quality useful content is much more important. But dont thinkfor a moment that I'm saying unique content will not be useful. But concentrate more on providing useful content to the reader.

Make sure your backlinks are quality too and not just spammy looking links.

I don't understand why people fight for Search Engine traffic. Less than 4% of my traffic comes from Search Engines, and only 2-5% of search engine traffic converts into sales. If you were 'slapped' by the Search Engine updates, why not focus your traffic generation on a source that is constant and doesn't create more barriers like search engines do?
