    for bing, u need to do good onsite optimization, target page and keywords both related and content match the same, interlinking also play major role in bing

    Others, are almost similar to other search engines where you need to get more quality contents on your website, more relevant backlinks, etc to rank well in Bing or any other search engines.

    For me ranking in Bing is difficult always. I use a lot of subdomains but Bing doesn't like them.

    While I always try to optimize for Google, I see that Bing has overtaken Yahoo, and knowing it is Microsoft - I should not take them lightly. I am sure there will be more action on this forum on secrets of ranking on Bing.

    You Want To Optimize And Indexing Your Website For Bing,You Need Following Things.

    1) Optimize Metatag,Content,Keywords.

    2) Submit your site at Bing http://www.bing.com/webmaster/.

    3) Generate Sitemap And Submit To Bing.

    4) Generate Backlink From Bing And Other Websites.

    follow all the tips given above and you will definitely be on your way to the top. First, I would spend time reading up on Bing webmaster documentation and join the forum to learn more from some of the guys out there that are already optimising for Bing.

    For me, one of my sites is currently on Bing first page despite being kicked out by the big 'G'.
    There's a lot to learn when you hang out with the guys there.

    on ppage optimization and submitting the sites to search engine is more important part. apart from it you can do regulaar off page activities like directory submission, bookmarking, article submission and blog posting.
