    First of you take a piece of paper out and sharpen your pen and start writing the title the description and the content , be organized. The rest use HTML & CSS to make it look pretty.
    That should do, Google will find ya.

    keywords, meta tag anayser,.. etc

    A good site structure which makes it easy to navigate. Right content, good keyword research and analysis. Use of correct meta and title tags and lots of patience will surely get u a good ranking website
