How to optimize my newly made website to get only 500 UVs a day?

    HI, I have a newly made website. My target is only to achieve 500 UVs a day. I know that this is a small target. But, I am so much confused how to acheive this target.

    All suggestions are welcomed.

    Please also let me know, in how much time I can achieve this target working 2 hours daily on the net. :)

    Just go with the ethical ways of on and off page optimization slowly..
