How to optimize my HOMEPAGE and sub-pages accordingly

I need some help please... and excuse me, I have asked this question before, but still am not clear.

Ok, I have selected 30-odd high-traffic keywords that I will be able to get on 1st page. They are high-traffic, low competition, high KEI keywords. Most of these are 3rd tier keywords, like "sweet russian wife" (3 words).

Now there are more competitive words also that describe my site, like "russian wife" (2 words - more generic description).

My tactic will be to take one 3rd-tier word per week. Writing an article about it... spinn it... submit it to the article directories with an anchor back to the article page as well as an anchor back to the homepage for that specific 3rd-tier keyword. Then also the next week, I will submit the article page to social bookmarking sites with the 3rd-tier keyword being part of the title.

So what is my question? Well firstly what meta keywords do I add to my HOMEPAGE? The more generic ones like "russian wife" or the 3rd-tier ones like "sweet russian wife"? Which ones do I put in-title? 3rd-tier or the more generic ones like "russian wife"?

Then my other question is, what anchor text links should I have point to my HOMEPAGE? the more generic keywords like "russian wife", or the 3rd-tier keywords like "sweet russian wife"? I know I will have the 3rd-tier keywords in the anchor text pointing to my article page.

One last question: I use Joomla CMS for my site. Thus after I have written a new article for my site, it will be displayed on the frontpage. This article of cause will relate to the 3rd-tier keyword. But after a while it will be removed from the frontpage and only reside in the blogsection. How do I optimize my homepage? Because this means content will change all the time on the frontpage. Do i optimize my frontpage more for generic keywords or 3rd-tier? or combination?

Your insight will be greatly appreciated.

    Justin

I see you took good strategy to get at tops.
First answer : add combinations like "sweet, cute, big, fat, russian wife" for post titles use those third tier keywords like : "sweet russian wife".
Second answer : try above mentioned combinations.
The last : can't help on this one..
Hope my first two helped you and I have question to you too, what tools you use to find usage of these keywords?
    Best regards, Aislandas

Sure, a wonderful tool i found yesterday. Keyword Enchanter. Use the Advanced Search. It is the best tool I have found to date. I love using KEI, so I went my this logic: select high count (volume); low Ideal(string) - thus low competition; and high KEI (string). As for ideal(s) select those lower than 1000. You end up with keywords with great search volume and easy to achieve 1st/2nd page with.
