Onpage optimization: use your main keywords in the content often. Titles, bold, etc. you know. Offpage optimization: use the keywords as an anchor text when buidling backlinks.
Input keywords in to both meta description and in to your meta keywords however meta keywords is not that important these days as search engines do not take this in to consideration. Also insert keywords in to your websites title, input keywords in to your content and you can bold some keywords to show their importance however it depends whether you mind it looking a bit strange. Use keywords in anchor text like on your forum signature.
