How to Optimize Indian Site in Egypt?

    I am working on an India Website and it is performing well in India. But my client is exporting its products in Egypt and other asian countries.
    My Questions are:

    1. What points should I think while submission to Directories.?
    2. Do I have to buy other domain for Egypt and take hosting for the same country?
    3. Do I have to Link Exchange with Websites that already performing Well in Egypt?

    I think you should buy domain from egypt and get Back link from egypt trusted site it might be good promotion for ur site
