    Have you submitted your forum to Google? If not, make sure you do that.

    You have some form of SEO modification there, that should prove very useful. I haven't been working with phpBB much recently, but when you say 'optimize', what do you exactly mean? Do you mean make it easier for the Google spider to crawl your forum?
