Hi, Keywords are pretty much the first thing you think of when beginning a search engine optimization process for your site. What I am wondering is, lets say you have a predetermined budget for marketing/SEO. How do you decide what keywords you should go for based on your marketing budget? For example you have an idea that you'll spend X amount of dollars for keywords with a KEI of .5 ect.. Does anyone here have an accurate formula they use? If not, then how do you decide? Thanks.
You dont have to pay a lot for SEO, depending on your keyword and competition it might vary though. Big keywords such as "loans" or something will require tons of manual link building to compete. I offer SEO services if you are interested. PM Me for more details, Thanks.
Obviously it depends on the keyword and competition.... that IS my question.. And yes there would be a lot more work involved on a keyword with a .0005 KEI as opposed to a keyword with a 5.1 KEI. I've been asking this question for quite some time to other people and nobody seems to have a definitive answer. What happens if you do want to rank for one of those hard to rank keywords with a .0005 KEI. As an SEOer what would you tell a client that he should be ready to be willing to spend?
I think the market depends! If you find some keywords is hot in the Google, you can choose that as your first SEO keywords, but of course it is very competitive, you need to try your best to optimize it.
