How to optimize and untwist a forum in google.co.uk?

    Get links from UK Sites (IP Belongs to UK) and from UK ccTLDs.
    Set you geo location to UK in Google Webmaster Tools

    also try to get ur site hosted on uk based server if possible...that's the way Google associates any site to a given country
